Wont start when I turn the key

I have electrical, I turn the key , then I don't have electrical. The power comes back On in about 1 minute. Whats the problem and where should I look?

Options

Parrish Cole  could be a bad starter, bad battery or a bad solenoid. Let us know the exact model, year and engine size. Also try to restate the symptoms since it is a bit confusing.
