Hi,

What is the make and model number of the PC?

What OS is installed?

Try starting the PC in safe mode to check if the display works.

Search online for "(insert OS) safe mode," e.g. Win 7 safe mode or Win 10 safe mode etc to find out how to do this

If it works in safe mode you may have a video driver problem.

If it doesn't you may have a GPU or motherboard problem.

Does the PC have a plug in graphics adapter card inserted into the motherboard or are you using the onboard graphics supplied by the motherboard?

I have a Intel Core i5 7400, with Geforce GTX 750Ti and the graphics drivers are updated regularly

@Vamshi Krishna ,

What is the make and model number of the computer?

Telling me the cpu and the gpu doesn't help much without knowing what motherboard they are connected to.

If it is a custom built computer the the make and model number of thhe motherboard will definitely help.

If a "brand" name computer then the make and model number.

Did you try starting is safe mode, you didn't say?

You also didn't say what OS is installed.

Help us to help you by giving the information requested otherwise the answers will only be general in nature and not specific to your particular computer and problem

Make sure the GPU is all the way plugged into the power supply. Also, check on it while it goes out. Is the fan on when there's no video signal? If not, the card could be broken.

Could possibly be that either there is a loose connection on your video card or the video requirements of the game are touch much to handle. Both would cause your screen to blank out. Also a third thought, if the ram in your computer isn't able to handle the speed or graphics of the game……could also cause this. Check the specs of the game and make sure the current equipment in the computer is up to par for the game.

The graphics requirements being too high on the game would either throw a warning, or crash the game. It would just shut off suddenly like that.

I agree with you. Bear with me as I am new to this site. When I answered this question it appeared in the section of unanswered questions. I didnt see any of the march 4 questions asked. If you do not mind, I gave other suggestions and you only responded to one. If my other thoughts would be wrong please tell me. You might have experience that I don't have that may give me a different view on the issue this person was having.

Loose connection is very possible but IDK for sure if RAM failure would completely stop output signal, unless you mean the RAM on the card itself
