Battery not charging after replacement

Hey, I hope someone can help. I just replaced the battery on my 2016 Macbook. Before replacing the battery, it wouldn’t charge but also wouldn’t turn on at all without power connected.

After replacing the battery, it will turn on without the AC adapter connected but when I plug it in, it doesn’t charge. I have tried a number of different chargers but none of them work. The strange thing is that when I try an SMC reset, the Macbook will no longer power on using battery power, I have to plug it back in to turn it on.

I have attached a Coconut Battery screenshot, it looks okay? Please help!
