How to use rework station?

Hi,

I have got BAKU 850A REWORK STATION. Kindly give me how much AIR AND HEAT should be given to desolder and solder for each spare parts on SMARTPHONE

@kumaran123 there is no standard setting. All of this will depend on how YOU use it. YOU need to develop your own technique especially for the hot air. You need to realize the parts you work with i.e. the solder etc. I use a lot of Sn-Ag-Cu (Tin-Silver-Copper) solder, that is also used by two thirds of Japanese manufacturers for reflow, and has a melting range of 217–220deg C or 422-428deg F . Lead containing solder, like the 63/37 Sn/Pb used principally in electrical/electronic work, has the lowest melting point of all the tin/lead alloys at 183deg C or 361.4deg F. Check sites like this as well as this one and right here. Before you go ahead and blast your board with hot air, yu want to practice on some old boards first.
