Options

Ipad 2 Restore Loop

iPad 2 in restore loop.

Won’t restore in either DFU or Restore mode

Firmware loads until “Updating Baseband” then restore is stuck.

3U tool log shows the restoration stalling at “Updating baseband\n”.

Re-setting iPad returns iPad into restore loop

SHSH shows iPad2,2_9.3.5_13G36_Restore.ipsw is correct

iPad has battery works

iTunes error #1 and reflowing

Appears to be hardware fault in either degrading flash or baseband chip according to the article above.

With an Apple Ipad 2 16gb GSM worth about $30 - $40 it doesn’t make sense to aim the “parts cannon” at it. Regards
