When it powers on, it keeps trying g go make calls. Auto dials
When powering on the speaker auto dials. I have found no way to reset it, no phone number to get help.

Hi,
Try a power refresh and see if that resolves the problem.
This will involve opening the speaker and unsoldering the battery from the motherboard.
Once the battery is disconnected (remember which wire goes where), switch on the speaker for 10 seconds or so to drain any residual power from the device. Then switch off the speaker
Hopefully this will reset it back to its’ default operating condition.
Reconnect the wires, switch on the speaker and check what happens.
