Why is sound dropping

Hi have samsung HW-N300 Soundbar only have it 2 months and volume keeps dropping to level 4 I have it connect to Samsung UHDTV SERIES 7 55in tv thru bluetooth

Hi @amohyland ,

Research online indicates that you are not alone experiencing this problem with your soundbar.

You could try updating the firmware and check if that resolves the problem. (scroll down to Downloads Upgrade File(USB type) ver 22 (MULTI LANGUAGE): All OS 2019-04-29)

The update procedure is in the user manual (go to eng-27 & 28).

If this fails to resolve the problem given that it is only 2 months old, it should still be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Consult the warranty statement that may be in the documentation that came with the soundbar or check the user manual for the warranty provisions, for what to do to make a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty repair, replacement or refund
