Allsorts Of Everything  all of this will depend on what you are currently working with. We need to know what your CPU is, your current GPU and yes your memory as well. Minimum requirements to play it are:

at least an Intel i3-4170 or an Intel i5 750 CPU

8GB of RAM

NVidia 650TI or NVidia GT 740 or AMD R7 250x graphics card

Hi, i forgot about that. I am running an i7-3770k cpu. The current gpu is something like Intel 4000

Allsorts Of Everything in that case you need a different graphics card and I would still get different memory as well. Remember that those are minimum requirements.

What if my budget only allows me to have one at this moment in time

Should i get the ram first or the gpu first. Haha

Video card first since you "may" get away with poor memory but will not get away without the proper video card
