Petrol pump not working in Subaru forester 2000

Can't get the fuel pump working. Tried changing the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel relay, spark plugs but no success.

Hi,

Here’s a link to the service manual for your vehicle.

At the top of the page type 467 (of 2158) then hit the Enter key to go to the section in the manual that shows the Fuel Pump circuit and on the following pages the fuel pump circuit diagnostic testing procedures.
