Good Evening,

If the iPhone is turning but only shows the Apple logo, it may have what is called “Loop Disease”. In short, loop disease is when there is an issue with the iPhone 7 logic board failing. This can be pre-diagnosed if the iPhone had any issues recording audio or freezing in the voice memo app. Depending on your area and date of purchase, if the iPhone is indeed diagnosed with loop disease by Apple, then they will replace your iPhone for free.

If not, then a battery replacement should possibly do the trick. You need to replace it and recycle it ASAP if there is any swelling or if the phone is separating from the body of the housing. Just remember that it you are going to replace the battery yourself to get it recycled at an authorized recycle center as throwing it away is a huge fire hazard.
