The iPhone is always volume up. What shuld I do?

hi,

I have a problem in my iphone that it is always volume up. some times when I unlock the phone it start to volume up and some times when I hear music and my iphone in my Pocket in volume up (whick it not fun...)

I think thet somthing inside is broken or something.

What should I do?

Try resetting your phone before considering something like a device restore or resorting to a replacement mute button assembly. While a device reset won't erase your data, restoring the device will.

To reset the device, press and hold the home and power button at the same time for 10 seconds. Once the device tuns off, let both buttons go. Try to adjust the volume again and see if it works this time.

If the issue isn't fixed by resetting the device, try replacing the mute button assembly.
