Logo comes on then the light fades away, NO picture or sound. If you sit there and keep turning it on after it goes out, then once in a great while picture and sound come on for about a minute then goes out again. Please help Need the tv for Super Bowl.

Suleman Chaudhary sounds like a capacitor or IC issue since it does come on every now and then. Remove the back cover and take a good look at your boards. Checked for charred , missing or otherwise odd looking components. on both the main and power board. Measure the voltages from the power board to the main board and compare those to the values printed on your power board. Let us know what there are. Right now my first suspect would be the power board but Vizio TV’s can be a pretty weird at times.
Post some good pictures of your boards so we can see what you see.

I am having the same problem can you call me 4075048314 I will have to set this on the curb otherwise and do without TV. I'm an older ER nurse and have spent all day yesterday trying to troubleshoot this problem and wasted my only day off
@donnagartner can't do house calls but we can always get this fixed remotely. Just give us the complete signs and symptoms (from the time you push the On button). Include everything you can see and hear and most likely we'll get this fixed. A good history is just as important on here as it is in your job :-) Make and exact model of the TV are a must have.
