F1 sports bracelet. Something is going on with my new sports watch.

Something is going on with my new sports watch. I have successfully installed the Wear-fit app on my phone, entered data and paired the watch to my phone.

All functions seem to work well when I go walking, but for some reason it keeps informing me that my dentist is calling and that there is motion at my front door (have a RING unit ).

None of these notifications show up on my phone. so they must be phantom signals of some kind.

Any ideas?
