Hi is there a difference in these two model numbers proscan TV model plded3996a-e and plded3992a-c they are both 39” TVs thanks…

3996a has USB ports and comes with Audio controls such as balance, equalizer, and sound mode. It allows tuner configuration (analog, digital), digital EPG, CC capable and has MTS. It also has supported computer resolutions. 3992a is just lesser quality.
