Shield controller 2nd gen teardown

Want to replace the joysticks on the 2nd gen controller and possibly the built in mic as it is crap and unusable also maybe the bluetooth board because I might try to put it into a better quality built controller. Would like to see a tear down and part description if it's available. Thanks internet.
