Hi,

What is the full model number of the laptop?

Try connecting an external monitor to the laptop and check if it has a display at all. Remember to press F4 to toggle between the displays i.e. laptop only, external only and both on together.

If your laptop has a HDMI port even a TV can be used as an external monitor as long as it has a HDMI input and you have an appropriate HDMI cable to connect the two together.

md. shadaab sheikh  since it works when your go back to using your i3 330 m and does not work with your i5, your motherboard is having an issue recognizing your processor. Most likely that it is a compatibility issue with your motherboard.
