How do I stop the images on screen to stop shaking?

First my tablet coloring was off it and I noticed little line in ever words on the screen. Now the images on the screen is shaking. What is the cause and how do I fix it?

@tenneilovely all of this “coloring was off…little line in ever words…images on the screen is shaking” would lead me to replace the LCD. There is always a chance this could come from the LCD driver on the motherboard but start with a new screen.
