Logicboard Shield Removal and installation

I would like to know if it's possible to remove the shield and re-install them without damage to them?

I looked at the teardown to see if you can remove the EMI shields. It looks like they're snapped onto the board. You can probably remove them from this phone.

If you do, I would practice first. Removing them is not easy, nor is it recommended. Way too easy to break something off the motherboard.
