GSM network signal problem

Hey guys, I have HTC One e8 that sometimes it connects to mobile network and when I shake the phone, the signal will go away!

This problem is not related to sim card, because phone detects the sim card and it says “no signal”.

Can you guys show me where is the GSM antenna located?

Hi Noury!

You could follow this: https://www.myfixguide.com/manual/htc-on...

Perhaps the cable is just loose, just disassemble before ordering new parts/cable.

Thanks for answering, can you tell me which part should I check?

Check all the antenna cables, it goes from up (SIM card/NFC board) to the middle (motherboard) to down (power board).

I checked the all antenna cables, nothing is wrong with it.

I tooked the no signal phone main board, and I tested the bad board in a working htc e8.

It seems that something is wrong with the main because the working e8 is now have same problem. Should I reball the modem ic?
