Many mice aren’t designed to be taken apart and put back together. They usually have locking tabs around the middle waist of the mouse that can get broken when the mouse comes apart. If those tabs are broken, the only real solution is to glue the pieces back together. Keep in mind you can find free and inexpensive mice at thrift stores and local computer repair shops. It’s usually not worth trying to repair a broken mouse unless it’s an expensive model. And if you really like your particular brand/model of mouse, you can often find new or used replacements on eBay and other websites.
