Is it possible to replace the thunderbolt 3 port?

My xps 9560 refuses to charge via thunderbolt 3, I tried a variety of docks, USB C USB drives, USB C sd card readers, etc - nothing gets picked up by the machine, port appears totally dead. Is there any way to replace this Port without replacing the entire board ?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Hi,

Have you checked that the Thunderbolt port is enabled in BIOS?

To enter BIOS, press F2 as soon as the Dell logo appears on startup of the laptop.

When in BIOS navigate to System Configuration menu > USB Configuration > Enable Thunderbolt port.

Save the changes then exit BIOS and restart the laptop.
