Won't hold charge or turn on

I've looked at pretty much every tutorial, it'll have the blue light when charging but when I unplug it, it won't turn on or even indicate it's on. I tried all button combos and tried cleaning everything and even checked cables still nothing…please help

If the battery won’t hold a charge, it may need to be replaced.
