it start but mouse keyboard and screen are not

I bought this pc in 2014 and I used for less than one year because I bought another one.

So I saved the first one in a box in safe place until yesterday

I get it and try to turn on but I see that the mouse, keyboard and screen are not worked and the fun is work

and also when I put or remove the charger the pc make a beep.

I remember that I use this pc two years ago just for 30 minutes to get some files and folder, it’s worked normally

I replace the cimos battery with a new one but it’s the same.

So, what’s the problem?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

So.Sona this "also when I put or remove the charger the pc make a beep” could be because your battery is discharged below the threshold of accepting a charge. So get a new battery first. Attach an external monitor and see if that displays anything. If so you know you are having issues with the display. If not then you need to try to get into the BIOS. Sometimes a bad hard drive can also be the cause for this. Download the service manual from here

I forget to tell you that when I put the charger pc do a beep and turn on automatically

I remove the battery and put charger, it’s same (pc do a beep and turn on automatically )

and I forget something about battery light

yesterday it was red which means is very low, so I put it for long time and it is now white which means the battery is full or more than 20% (I think it’s charging)

I can see that the battery is not the problem()

I have thinkpad T430

can I use this battery to test the second pc

any other idea?
