Need to reset time ever I boot up

Yo, anyone here know why I have to keep on resetting my clock in my 2009 27"iMac. Does that mean that my little PRAM battery is toast?

But of course its on the back side of the logic board ;-{

If you leave your system plugged into a live AC outlet your system will leverage the trickle power from the power supply. Disconnecting your system from power then forces it to use the battery.
