How to remove dust from inside the lens of an iPhone X

I bought a used iPhone X with a cracked rear camera glass. I removed the class with no issues. It seems thath the lenses are both ok. However, during testing I found that there seems to be some dust on one of the lenses, which causes a blurry dot on the images from that lens. I am not sure if it came from the glass removal, or if it was already there before I removed the glass.

So I tried to remove the dust particle by carefully cleaning the affected lens using air first, and after that did not work, cotton swabs and alcohol. This did not work either, the dust must be inside the camera module, and not on the outside of the lens.

I have two questions:

1. Is there any way to remove that dust particle inside the lens?
2. if there is no way to remove it, does replacing the rear camera module affect functionalities of the phone (for example face ID etc)?
