Why is my screen showing a reverse image

my screen is reversed. the image is backward. it just flipped during mid-usage and will not flip back

I deleted an answer I provided. The instructions were for windows laptops, however I didn't catch that this was an android device. Sorry for the mix up. Look for screen rotation, rotation lock, etc
