help! password locked and need to system restore

I'm locked out of my computer I need to restore it or reset it but I can't because I don't have an administrator password.Every time I try resetting it it doesn't workAnd I can't do a system restore without an administrator password.Can somebody please help me?

you can reset the password: no need to restore. Follow this guide:

you can create a USB stick with systemrescueCD (not always a CD).
