Original Zearoh the cause for 7 blinks on your TV model is listed as:
Driver SOS2
(SU/SD Connector DET)
(SU/SD Scan and Logic IC)
Most likely an an SU/SD fault but could also possibly be a loose board connector, or a mis-seated connector leading to the panel. So you would need to remove the back cover from your TV and take a look at the board. Check for any obviously damaged components. Post some good pictures of your boards and layout with your Question so that we can see what you see. You also want to check and clean the fans if your model has those.
