Hi,
What is the full model number of the machine?
Have you proved that hot water comes out of the hot water tap, that the washer hot water hose is connected to? It never hurts to check in case there is a supply problem to that outlet.
It may be a clogged filter in the end of the hot water hose where it screws into the machine or a faulty hot water inlet solenoid valve in the washer.
If you search online for (insert full model number) parts you will get results for suppliers of the parts.
Most have parts diagrams that show the location of the solenoid valves and how much they cost if you need to replace it. Some might even have videos on how to replace them
Unfortunately if the valve is faulty it cannot be repaired and has to be replaced.
