iPhone 7 earbuds not detected.

Hello,

i have an Iphone 7 that won’t recognize any wired earbud.

The device has neven been repaired (all components are original), it does not suffer of any other disease, no slow boot, no gryed out icons, can record voice memos, can charge.

We don’t have see symptoms of audio ic failure (beside the earbuds problem)

We already tried to replace the charging port but the problem persists.

What else can we check before attempt audio ic repair?

Hello, as I said the phone is fully working beside WIRED earbuds doesn't get detected.
