Protection faulty to a hybrid A4000 amplifier

Hi! There's anyone can help with a hybrid A4000 amplifier that is giving me a message “short cir.prot. Overload fault “ without connecting any things, no red light for protection, you can't increase or decrease volume. There is some one have idea with what is going on please!!!!

@luvunza start off with some basic testing. Remove the speakers from the amp and see if that stops the protect mode when you restart the amp. If it still goes into protect mode it will be an internal failure and for that you will need schematics etc,. Of course you can always remove the housing and take a look for obvious damage. IF it does not go into protect mode you can have a bad speaker or bad speaker wires.

Thanks oldturkey for your time, the thing is even if I disconnect the 2 channels from inside, left with power supply and display is still giving me the same message. It looks like it's a software problem because there's a plug to that Amp need to be connect to a computer
