Why I cant connect to gmail?

I was having alot of problems with my laptop now . I cant access to any things but i was connected to wifi . I have tried many methods but none of them works for me. For example , i can’t connect to gmail , i cant download anything in microsoft store , and i cant even drag an image to here . LOL . ERR_SSL_BAD_RECORD_MAC_ALERT , 0x800704cf and more things is stopping me . HELPPP PLSSS

What had you tried? just it happened recently?

I have a feeling OS might be corrupted.

check hard disk health if possible.

if possible, you can consider on SSD drives too.

Try doing backup of your data and do a clean install of OS.

I suppose you are using win10.

suggest you yo download the usb installer tool from microsoft, format and reinstall.

once the computer running well, suggest you also check for any bios update on your laptop.

It sounds like your laptop has deeper network stack or driver issues. Try these steps:

  1. Reset your network settings (Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced network settings > Network reset).
  2. Uninstall and reinstall your Wi-Fi adapter in Device Manager.
  3. Run sfc /scannow In Command Prompt as an admin, to check for corrupted system files.
