my Samsung Galaxy Tab2 10.1 is dead . not swiched on. Checked the battery it is

okay. Voltage is 3.7 volt. expecting your reply

Options

Hold down the power button for 2 minutes for a hard reboot. Next, Try holding the power button and the lower volume button at the same time to reboot or reset.
