TBK 408 Vacuum Laminator leaving bubbles?

So I bought a 5in1 vacuum laminator & bubble remover, I`m having issues where after its finished its still leaving bubbles on the display. These are the settings I use;

Vacuum Time: 30 Seconds

Laminating Time: 30 Seconds

De-bubble time: 15 Minutes

Temp: 45c

I`ve searched the internet for days but I can`t find any answers, hope somebody can help.

Before laminating, are you cleaning the displays at all?

Do the bubbles have any commonalities between attempts?

Hi, yes I’m replacing the polariser and cleaning the glue with 8222, I then clean the display with acetone to remove all particles and smears. The bubbles appear in the bottom right corner and up along the right side to the top.

Are you using a rubber roller? And how are you using it. I'm suspecting you are having issues with your technique in how you set the glass down. You should use a roller to press from the center outwards in all four directions and go slowly so the bubbles are pushed to the edge. You likely need to lengthen the vacuum time longer.

Hi Dan, I’m just placing the LCD in the mold and then laying the home button end down first at an angle and then laying the rest of the glass. Would you suggest 45 seconds vacuum rather than 30?
