TV not responding to any remote whatsoever

Hi all. Have looked around a bit to see if anyone has had any luck with this- can’t find anything exactly like this though.

I have a Samsung TV model number LN55C610N1F. It’s a good shape, still shows picture well, all that good stuff. About a month and a half or so ago the remote stopped working. A change of batteries didn’t even work, ao i figured the remote just conked out. I got a replacement remote which….didn’t work. At all- replaced the batteries with 3 different sets on that one. Just recently got another replacement remote, and it’s not working, no matter what.

Nothing is working on the remote- not the power buttons, volume, channels, source, etc… I’ve been having to control everything via the manual controls, which is annoying because there are no buttons, just touch sensors which are hard to see. Would love to know if this can be fixed- is it a remote sensor failure?

Thank you!

that brings up the possibility of a failed P-Jog Switch & IR Sensor. The circuit board will have something like a BNXX-XXXXX number on it. See if you can find that number or do an online search with that number for a replacement. To replace it you will have to remove the back cover on your TV. The board will connect to the main board via a ribbon cable. If in doubt post some good pictures of the boards etc. with your Question. That way we can see what you see.
