Bluetooth WiFi Don’t work
My Bluetooth and WiFi stopped working on my iPhone X
Can’t slide WiFi on and Bluetooth gear keeps cycling
already reset all settings and stored phone back to factory

Unfortunately there is no quick fix for this. If you cannot slide Wi-Fi on it means you have a board problem.
The board will have to be split and the Wi-Fi chip will have to be tested to see if it is getting power. That will determine if the Wi-Fi chip needs to be removed and repaired, replaced or whether there is another component damaged, stopping the Wi-Fi from getting power.
This repair is extremely difficult if the Wi-Fi chip needs to be replaced you will have to remove the NAND and unbind the Wi-Fi Address and put back on.
