Pixel XL wont turn on, new battery

I replaced my battery a week ago, and now it wont turn on.

I used my phone all week with no issues, but last night i let the phone run out of juice and now it wont turn on, it doesn’t even look like it is charging

So I had a local CPR look at the phone, They tried swamping the screen with no luck. The tester indicated that the battery is high speed charging but still not powering on. If i plug the phone into a computer it does recognize the phone is there.

Also when plugged into the computer if I hold the power button down on the phone i can make it disconnect and reconnect to the computer but phone still does not look to be on.
