I have problem with horn

I have problem with horn in corolla 2003. It work in remote finding on remote lock but it doesn't work on the steering wheel. I checked fuse and all seems fine. Also the clock inside the car shot down few weeks before that. After these issues happened I recently changed the battery nothing changed. Any idea?

There is probably more than one horn and maybe each one operates for a different purpose. As stated above, you can hot wire your horns to test the horns themself, then work your way backwards through the wires, to relays, to additional wires to fuses to your horn connector in the steering wheel. Relays are typically bad, you can swap same type relay from another system for temporary testing, no problem.
