icemaker hums but won't dispense

Ice maker works fine when when I try to dispense it hums.

i removed ice Ben emptied all the ice turned round wheel it turns freely.

Put ice storage unit back in with a few pieces of ice

didpenser work fine for a minute and then hums again.

With all the ice removed everything appears to be free.
