MacBook stuck on loading screen when I restart

i completely erased my drives, to set my macbook to factory settings, but when i restart the mac the loading screen bar fills all the way up then it just stays there. please helpe ASAP!!!

You’ll need to access the internet to reload your OS. Restart your system and press the Option with the Command (⌘) and R keys to enter into Internet Recovery
