I`m hoping someone can help who has experience in this field. I`m looking at setting up a personal home workshop repairing glass only. I know what equipment I need to conduct the repair but I wanted to know if a vacuum laminator is necessary? would I be able to place the glass on the LCD and put it straight in the autoclave? Or do you need to have a vacuum laminator as well? I hope you can help.

It’s worth watching some of their videos on YouTube to see how these tools are used.

Thank you for your response. I`m familiar with the process of the repair, its purely a cost saving measure. I`m just wondering if you need the vacuum laminator or if you can get away with just using an autoclave :)
