I have a newer whirlpool washer and it worked fine for a while and now it is stopping early in the spin cycle leaving the clothes sopping wet . It is like it wont spin up all the way or as fast as its suppose to once it starts going so fast it stops and just starts draining no matter how many clothes or what size load it has ?

Im not sure where can i find it it just says whirlpool on the front no numbers or letters

Toploaders should have it somewhere on the rim under the lid. The issues you are describing sounds like a clutch issue. We need to know what model your washer is so we can check it out further.

So the mod is WTW5000DW1

I have this exact same problem with a Whirlpool Cabrio top-loader. Model # WTW7800XW2. Can you help?

Its probably an issue with the computer in the washer. Call the manufacturer.

Update (10/07/2019)

When you pick up the lid, on the bottom left of it there is a screw. Sometimes if you tighten it, it will work.
