Device is on but has a black screen


Hi was wondering if anyone could help, my laptop turns on but has a black screen ( doesn’t even go on to the logo screen) it beeps 9 times then that’s it, but you can hear the laptop on. I have tried taking the battery out and unplugging the charger etc and still doesn’t work, anyone know what’s wrong?

Check your ram to see if they are seated correctly or one may be faulty

Remove one at a time
