update loop . broken bluray

ok so ps3 slim 2004B tried to do a system update from 4.82 to 4.85 using USB

i started getting error 8002f14e … i google it i found out its the ribon cable for the drive was busted so i got i new ribon cable from other ps3 … but now im still having the same error . any idea ?
