I was trying to fix the back glass of my iPhone 8 Plus when I poked the wireless coil going through the battery and There was a loud hiss than smoke started coming out the battery was connected and it just destroyed the screen it poked out the back glass I managed to get everything out after it cooled down now I just want to know is my logic board possibly still functional so I can just buy a new housing battery and screen and possibly put it back together I have attached pictures just because I don’t have another phone to try it with!

Cassandrew Delicieux  “Aren’t the electronic compounds under the black” you are absolutely correct. So the first thing I’d do is remove all of those shields and covers. After that clean the board with some isopropyl and a soft toothbrush. Use this guide Repairing iPhone Liquid Damage to clean it. Once cleaned inspect the logic board for any missing or charred components and post some good images of your board with your question. Right now it is all a guessing game.

What is that last pictures side view of?

Your logic board is molten in the edges, and the electronic components are burned, sorry your motherboard is out of use.

Tiny electronic components are sensitive to heat, their proprieties will easily change when you heat them up, of course there is a safety margin and they can recover after cooling down, but I think the battery has made a strong heat wave and caused irreversible damage.
