Cannot Put Battery Cable Back into Place (Little Brown Piece Gone)

Hello, I am new to device repair and when opening my iPod the little battery cable holding thing fell out and I cannot put the ribbon cable back into the plug. Please help.

I don’t think this is fixable. You would need to replace the logic board, but at that point, you might as well replace the whole iPod.
