They won't even charge, help?

Beats Studio 3.0

I went 2-3 months without using my Beats, after going back to them, I had them on a charger for a full day, I tried doing the factory reset, nothing works. The LEDs won’t even turn on. Help please

Nick Saia multiple possibilities on this one. Check your charging cable; check your charging port and make sure that the cable seats properly. Bad battery, discharged beyond threshold and will no longer accept a charge or bad charging circuit. So start with 1 and work your way down the list. Let us know what you find out.
