in.xe hot tub pump situation

I recently purchased a hot tub with a in.xe spa pack in it.  There is the proper power to the spa pack but when the breaker is turned on, the pump comes on for about 5 seconds and then shuts off.  I’m not finding a reset button on the power pack.  So was wondering if anyone has any experience with this power pack and has any advice for me?
