Apple Pay Not Working.

I have added my cards into Wallet but I cant pay nowhere.

I look up some information here and I had read that there is problem in NFC, so I changed NFC bracelet with new one  (not myself), but there is same problem ;((

What is the issue? Does it say apple pay not available or just never reads at a terminal?
