Boot Loop every time I charge

Last night when I started charging my phone when it ran out of battery my iPhone X started to boot loop. Using the iTunes app I can not restore the phone. I was able to make it turn on again by using ReiBoot, but when I connect the phone to charge it starts again. Any fix to this?
